About the Artist
Jason Ludtke is an artist who makes things he thinks should exist. A graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Art Education, he is both an art educator and an artist. Jason's recent work is primarily in acrylic and mixed media 2D, but he is increasingly interested in construction and installation works.
Working with recycled and repurposed materials, Jason creates surfaces reminiscent of urban spaces and forgotten areas and the relationships these places have with nature, time, and the observer.
Jason lives in a polish flat in a quiet part of Milwaukee, WI with his super-awesome wife. Jason is pretty fun and is really into the process of things.| Education | |
