Jason Ludtke

Jason Ludtke is an artist who makes things he thinks should exist. A graduate from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee with a degree in Art Education, he is both an art educator and an artist. Jason’s recent work is primarily in acrylic and mixed media 2D, but he is increasingly interested in construction and installation works.

Working with recycled and repurposed materials, Jason creates surfaces reminiscent of urban spaces and forgotten areas and the relationships these places have with nature, time, and the observer.

Jason lives in Oak Creek, WI and teaches middle school art in Racine, WI. He is pretty fun and really into the process of things.
